Dont drive in the core of TO you will go ballistic, driving in downtown Calgary at 5PM is NOTHING compared to TDOT rush hour, our rush hour is their daily traffic. I'm from ontario, trust me, drove toronto all my life, lived there for a few years.

An absolute must !!! is the Kensington Market on weekend !!! You will expierence more multi national culture, good food, good people in a few hours then most people expierence in a life time.

Funny how people quickly turn the place into third world conditions when a garbage strike occurs...

But seriously, the Toronto Zoo is cool. Huge in comparison to the Calgary Zoo.

Unionville Main Street in Markham is cool to check out. Then you can go for some chinese food. Very high Asian population there. Best egg tarts ever (wish I could remember the name of the bakery!) Congee Queen is good for a quick bite to eat.

Pick up a bunch of wine!

I'm a fan of German wines so this place does it for me when I go out east:

Flames v Leafs game is Jan 15.

Go to the Real Sports Bar across from the ACC before a Raps/Leafs game. Make sure you get there early.

Go walk around the Distillery District. Tons of nice shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Hit up Soma for the best hot chocolate of your life.

And check some of these places out. Maps are at the bottom of the link.

I personally like King's Noodle House on Spadina Avenue for their wonton, bbq rice rolls, and bbq pork noodles.

Trying it out for the first time. As much as I'm annoyed with how busy Toronto is. Pretty solid Asian cafe tea time noodle type of place. If only our "suns" or Calgary court is at this caliber.

$21 bucks for trio meat: BBQ pork, roasted duck, soy sauce chicken.

And you won't be able to resist their deep fried ghost donut sticks. And scallop/ seafood fried rice.
