your also forgetting alot of fees.
Brokerage fees, Does the car have A/C? thats another fee. unloading fee, customs fee?
Shipping to calgary? 500-1000$ depending if you get deals or not. Are you picking it up yourself? well than Gas, hotel. What if the vehicle breaks down etc?

There are alot of hidden fees.

normally cost to calgary is 3k-3.5k over fob depending on value of car
