Invermere Show and Shine Aug 16

Same guys who did the Vernon show a few weeks back are putting one on in Invermere on Sunday Aug. 16 (still not sure what their fixation is on Sunday shows, but whatever).

Registration 11 am, show starts at noon (last one was done around 6pm, I would imagine this one as well). So far am planning on going, but not 100% yet I know the Redline crew from Golden will be there. Who wants to come?

- Lots of classes to win (including best female tuner)

I'm still debating. My car is plastered with hard water spots so bad now that they're visible all the time. I have no way of getting them out without my polisher, and the only detail shop here I just don't trust.

how far of a drive is invermere from calgary n e ways?

^ About 3 hours, and it's a pretty nice drive.

Claybar..spots will come out it'll just take a little elbow grease. I'd help ya if you weren't so far away. Where's your polisher?

Polisher's in victoria, along with most of my detail stuff. I tried the clay, and it gets some out but the rest are below the clay reach.

My spots are from my roommate's sprinkler system, which is supposed to come on a schedule (so I can park on the road) but it just seems to come on when it feels like it.

Probably not coming now though, I'm having some issues with that new exhaust, and it broke my rear diffuser. I'm not in show-shape until I can fix it and get my hands on a new diffuser.

I really wish more girls would get out there and give me more competition.. And I don't mean the few that entered their husbands/boyfriends cars. *sigh*

Golden did really well again. Even the hot rodders. We were missin ya!
