hundreds hurt at big valley jamboree?
I just heard that apparently some bad weather caused the stage to collapse that the big valley jamboree (huge concert), and that there are hundreds hurt.
I have nothing to confirm this, but I have some friends that were there for the weekend, and can't get them on their cell.
anyone have any more info on this?

It was that crazy windstorm that hit us a few hours ago. It started up there and what we got was the result of hours of cooldown time, which was still nasty.
Couple of my friends had left the stage area a few minutes before it collapsed.

Well, I'm glad I didn't go to Big Valley this year.
Shit, it's bad to hear though. Hope everyone injured recovers!

It was crazy. I was actually backstage mere feet from the stage and then the wind picked up instantly and I ran with the girlfriend. 10 seconds later the stage came down. Pure chaos after that with emergency crews, security and everyone. Scariest thing I have ever seen with my eyes
