if you mean unmarked suburbans and excursions with officers in faded navy uniforms then that is CPS TAC Unit. Not uncommon for them to be on 17th. This is, if it's what you saw.

All of a sudden 4 of the CPS SWAT Suburbans FLY by me doing 200km/hour with their lights on...

I was doing 130km/hour at the time. They literally came out of nowhere and were gone just as fast as they came...
Like these guys were flying... I know Suburbans govern at around 170km/hour. I swear they were going faster...
Like imagine doing 130km/hour... And Vehicles going so fast they come from nowhere, and just as fast as you see them, they FLY (literally FLY by) and are gone within a second...

These guys were parked outside my office a few weeks back getting ready or something. I spotted an mp5, and this one dude even had 2 pistols in leg holsters. It was pretty badass, I must admit.
