LF someone to tell me whats wrong with my civic for cheap or free!!!

i am not to sure i was driving up 16th hill and it stopped accelerating up th hill and then died and would not start again

Nah. Just junk it and buy a new car.

with out giving any description, it could be any number of things.....

Coil, ignitor, main relay, timing belt, electrical short, fuel problem, ect

Dead battery? Possibly a result of a loose alternator belt / dead alternator?

Please supply more details. When it died did it sputter, wouldn't rev up, do your lights still work, what did it sound like when you tried to restart it, etc?

it wouldnt rev up even when i gave it gas ... i did buy a new car but i wanna sell this one running

Ok and does the starter sound slower or just click when you turn the key?

Or does the starter sound normal but just keeps spinning the engine without it sounding like it catches/combusts anything?

So did the one with the motor swap break down then? What kinda motor is in it?

Depending on the year of your car most civic from 92-95 the distributer tends to brake alot same case with my car suddenly lost power and won't start anymore
