I listen to all kinds of music but it seems like hip hop has had the most classic/influential albums in the past 20 years out of any genre. Just me?

N/A - there was no such thing as hip hop when I was in high school. Do recognize some of the artists named above, even have heard some of their stuff. Not my genre though, never the less - enjoy if it's your style.
    Will fuck off, again.

That's was the first CD I ever bought. It was 1989 and until then most stuff was still coming on cassette tapes.

That's one album I still listen to on a regular basis.
