Do you know the sq ft?

We've looked at a few places in coach hill and alot of them have had very "unique" (strange) layouts. Do you know if this one is similar?

houses in coach hill were built mid to late 70's and aren't cookie cutter like most new developments. good for some, bad for others.

drove by this place the other day
the good: nice little playground less than a block away from the back of the house
the bad: it's on a Road, so busier street
the not so bad: coach hill road really isn't that busy

I like the coach hill area, but the three houses we have looked at were all very strange layouts. They'd have one bedroom at one end of the house and 2 others opposite end up and down a flight of stairs??

I like the fact that the houses aren't cookie cutters, but I'm just saying that the ones we have looked at would all be very difficult layouts to work with.

This one was definitely odd throughout... The garage is essentially a triple (or oversized double) but has a support post literally exactly where the second vehicle would park, which in my opinion pretty much made it an oversize single garage.

We'll keep looking in the neighbourhood, just hope not all of them are weird layouts.
