Installing Hardwood flooring

Im looking to have someone install hardwood floor in my house. I will need about 700 SF plus 4 steps installed and hoping to get some idea of what it will cost. I am pretty handy with tools but have no idea really where to start. I have all the material needed but looking to see if i can get any help installing it.

As far as tools go, all you really need is a mitre saw, compressor, flooring stapler and a tape measure. I also use a table saw and jigsaw (at times) but they aren't absolutely necessary.
