Default I give up, looking for landscaper to prep and sod

Everytime I start picking weeds by hand on my days off it starts to rain and gets all muddy, so I give up and now I'm looking for someone to do a cash job.

My backyard is roughly about 60 ft long by 20ft wide, I've picked 30% of the weeds. There's rocks that need to be removed, can probably be removed while raking. My deck isn't built yet so I'm only gonna need 2/3 of the backyard sodded and the front which is less than 200 sq ft.

Can anyone recommend a company or willing to do it themselves under the table and has the proper equipment or at least give me a rough estimate based on the information provided

I was in the same boat as you and manage to find a company off of Kijiji. Greg's grass is coming by tomorrow to do my small patch of grass.

Approx 300 sq/ft for 300 bucks. This includes loam, fertilizer, rolling/compacting and installing the sod.

    CANCEL!!!!CANCEL!!!!CANCEL!!!!

Greg & Melissa, right? We hired them for our yard (price was only $.60 per square foot btw) and they did such a shit job that my cousin and I had to pull up the ENTIRE YARD and redo it ourselves. I brought in another 2.5 truck loads (pickup truck) of dirt to level the yard.

I can not scream this loud enough on the internet...DO NOT USE GREG'S GRASS!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE GREG'S GRASS!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay I've pm'd people back, I'm looking to get this done tues or wed because those are my days off but if need be I'm sure we can work out something for Sat 29. Again I'm only looking to get 3/4 of my backyard done because my deck isn't in yet, and my front yard. I've included pictures, not sure if I need top soil so I included a picture of the rockiest looking part in my backyard

Why are you picking the weeds? Get a rototiller, chew that shit up, level it off and put the sod straight over top. Sod will grow ontop of cement if you let it (well, maybe not quite). It's a lot tougher than you think. Level the dirt, lay it down, water the shit out of it for the first week and you're done.
