Had a bag of these w/ lunch today, not too bad going down, (I like to think I have a decent spice tolerance for a white guy ) but I can definetely feel them in my stomach now though
    In reference to Rob Anders:

Try this guys.. when your mouth is on fire... take a half tea spoon of sugar and let the sugar coats the tongue. The spiciness will go away in a second or two.

Cool! I usually just eat a lemon or something, and that helps.

No probs finding these chips at any 7-11 I've been to. Definately still super hot for me but I still eat a big bag and keep coming back for more. My woman just laughs and asks why I torture myself - it's cause they're sooo good.

There is no way I could eat a bag with no beverage though.

I find the xxx hot is more flavour than the med buffalo personally.
That's not sweat. It's your fat, crying.

Ok. In my quest I figured those chips were hot. I made my own. Omfg. I ate two. Yes two chips and my lips burned tongue burned everthing burned for half an hour. If anybody wants me to make you a bag let me know I will charge for peppers and potato. It is dried peppers brown sugar and deep fried potatoes. Fml.

Anyone know where I can find these down south? All the stores I've tried so far have disappointing me and haven't had them. I live in Woodbine (SW) and would love to give them a try.

You know what I love about these chips? I left them in the bag just folded and not completely sealed and even a few weeks later (or even over a month I think), they didn't taste stale at all! I was completely surprised because every chip I ate no matter what kind of oil was used always turned stale if I left the bag open for a while.

OK, I will post my recipe, you an substitute equipment used cause i have a bunch of good stuff.

Go to sobeys, safeway whatever, buy 1-2 lbs of habanero peppers, they are expensive, but you get a shit tonne of them for 8 bucks.

Dehydrate them until they are completely dry, I used a dehydrator but there is ways to do this in the oven, you can google that, I don't know how it is done exactly.

once they are dry blend or whatever to get them down to a powder like substance. I used the magic bullet with the normal blade, works perfect. If you can find another way to do it by all means go for it.

I also dried red chilli's and jalepeno and put it in my mix, you won't need to but it has some flavour.

As for potato choice I will suggest brown idaho potato, I have come to the conclusion that they are the best I have used. DO NOT use red potatoes they go brown and gross.

Skin your potatoes and slice them into potato sized pieces, I used a food processor with the slicing blade, another amazing invention.

Once they are sliced put them into ICE water for 30-40 minutes. This will prevent browning when being cooked. I used 3 potatoes and made alot of chips.

Pull them out of the ice water and put them between two towels to dry the water, dry them off really, really well.

turn on your deep fryer used canola oil, worked well.
Fry them for like 3-5 minutes depending on how many potatoes you got in there. until they start to get brown and crispy, keep stirring them.

put 4-5 or so tblspoons into a paper bag, use more if you have lots of chips. drop the crispy chips out of the oil and into the bag, shake it up to coat the chips. eat them and feel wrath

edit, you can also put popcorn seasoning (cheddar flavoured in with it)

    They are highly addicting!!!!

Burned for a good 30+ minutes straight my tongue went numb. Could only finish 3/4 of a bag haha.

Wow they are pretty good, a little too spicy for my taste just to eat as chips, but I got a chicken grill wrap from wendys and put a few in there... wow, fucking solid.

yea this shit is amazing deadly. At first i could only eat like 4 at a time before I would have to stop and take a breather. After about a quarter of the bag I could munch hard on them. On a side note, did anybody else s ass burn after a poo, cause mine sure did
