has the dollar finally topped? I see 5 down 3 up wave (3) about to start? we shall see

after 5 waves up in april, this wave 2 down has been pretty long in duration, after a false breakout, it is trying once again to breakout of this declining wedge for good. My hope is wave (ii) is in and wave (iii) is about to begin. Even a bearish scenario I would still like to see it give us a A=C measuring in the 2.4+

Oil

after oil topping last month, it hasnt quite hit the blue box but in the short term after a swing low being established, I would now expect a short term rally to perhaps close some of the gap near 70 before rolling over to finally land some where in the blue box. it is hard to imagine the correction would end just like.

those still following the Weed stuff, 2 months ago I suggested a solid company that was on a bullish breakout. It was trading around 17.50 at the time and I mention it is possible it would produce a shallow wave 2 which it did and never looked back. Now after 2 months, I sense we are closer to a top than a bottom and what appears to be 5 solid waves up now I am going to expect it to enter correctional back down to the 20-24 area. the rest of the sector may be in a similar hold pattern / correction, I think the fun will begin after 'this' correction completes. based on the EW projection leaf could move 5x-10x from current levels but timing wise, EW usually does not give timing, perhaps using cycle work is a better tool for that stuff.

those playing the energy sector with bte. back in April I suggested the possibility that the wave iii is nearing an end and it would begin a wave iv correction. without changing any of the count and even where I placed the price target. I really was just throwing down a general feel of the range, and even im quite amazed at how close it moved. Those who was able to take profit and buy back lower would have been very nice, though nothing earth shattering. And so far it does look like the wave iv sequence ending here would look text book (still cant rule out wave ivs are tricky to time and the pattern varies. The pattern has a similar degree to that of the wave i-ii move. so now we shall see if it has legs to offer us wave V and enter a even bigger correction there after.

Hive...sigh. Was just noticing the blood bath yet again. I was contemplating the same action, but for me in terms of averaging down yet again, where is this really headed? By far the worst performing stock I have on the go now!

Two things will drive the price, IMO:

- The success or failure on the "best efforts basis" that Genesis Mining provides the data centres ($16.4 million of "assets" that were expensed).

- The price of Ethereum (Bitcoin holding the $6k level), as they held some $6 million at year end and a mark to market bump can be sizeable.

To answer, it could go up or it could go down...

it never broke the low set in May, so was it a truncated 5th? or a steep wave 2 or even a double bottom? after breaking the multi month down trendline, it is backtesting the previous neckline channel, I would like to think it is trying to get back to 1.00 considering if it doesnt, it will either be delisted due to failing to meet listing requirements or we will soon see a reverse split.

Silver

Has the time for Silver to explode at hand? I think in the last 1.5 years during this prolong, frustrating correction that anything under 16 is a screaming buy imo. we have dipped under it twice. As you can tell as most also do that the consolidation will soon come to an end and it will breakout one way or the other. So silver is now just flirting the previous swing high, it will be very interesting to see what happens when this level is taking out or do we make another challenge to the rising channel neckline back under 16.3?

metals really need to show its hand this year, if technical break down shows up instead, then the bearish implication could bring us into an era where we could see silver prices become suppressed and trend lower for another 5-10 years. So all eyes are now watching this pattern

Will likely mean bad news for equity markets although not sure it will be enough to cause a long time coming recession.

Should see trouble for non yielding assets as well

Did Icon produce a truncated 5th down? since it did not break the low back on May 3rd? Either way, I do see a good looking 5 up and following with 3 down. a good back test near 0.68-0.71 would be text book wave (ii), after seeing price breakout of the multi month down channel one has to consider a new up cycle has emerged.



P.S took a quick peak at Pony and it has a similar pattern, 5 up and 3 down in progress as well.
