Less volatile before a major event? What are you day trading?

Hate to break it to you, but this isn’t a “Covid stock” phenomenon. If you think it’s easier to trade other sectors, you may be in for another expensive lesson. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Can’t ever have a loss if you don’t sell.

I don't want to make people feel worse than they already do with their losses, but Covid Stocks weren't too challenging. How hard was it to go long CLX/AMZN, short HTZ? There were some no brainers available if you have the patience and discipline.

There’s investing and there’s action. I am not good at action. I invest like playing $2 blackjack sipping on free pop. Just chilling.

Depends on the premiums. TSLA options were very expensive these past few weeks. I can cover implied volatility in one of my future troll sessions. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I am straddling on whether to join the Honda Fit Gang or the BBQ gang. Can't enjoy all the good things in life.

might play more when I see some good opportunity
Nio is a legit good company.
Stop losses are like wearing boxers underneath your speedo at the pool.
I was looking at low mileage Honda Fits online on the 2nd gen (09-14).
A couple years ago, I couldn't even sell my 2011 Fit for $10,500 and it had like 65k I think. So glad it didn't sell as it saved us a ton of money on gas over the years.
Now I see low mileage examples going for $12k online.
Fits are a good short term investment
