hope you were able to get out in the green yesterday, otherwise now it has become a long-term investment.

Picked up ARKG on Thursday - decent support lately around $90-95 and a rapid -15% looked like a good opportunity to enter.

    Where's the ARK value pack

E3 Metals, did anyone pick them up? I've been following them since they were around $0.25 but I wasn't smart enough to buy any. $0.90 up to almost $3 in January, up almost 30% today alone.

Yeah been following them for a few months now. What they have is pretty amazing and I hope it really takes off in AB.

Inovio has been showing some signs of life the last few days. Happy to see that!

I’m officially regretting not getting in on ETMC, up another 11% so far today.

They've tripled in a month when a deal a month ago from big investors were bought at $1.25 or something close to that. IMO it's great these guys are getting traction, but the current price seems high.

That said, if you're on the shitter for a long while, take a look at this report: https://static1.squarespace.com/stat...2-21+Final.pdf

In the mining world, there is inferred, indicated and measured with respect to mineral confidence. As per their recommendations:

    26.1 Resource and Aquifer Characterization
Characterization of the aquifer geology and properties benefits from an abundance of data compiled by the oil and gas industry. To better characterize the potential brine production from this project, additional data and further characterization of existing data is required to: further characterize the aquifer; upgrade the resource to a Measured or Indicated Mineral Resource; refine production well networks; and refine injection well networks. Recommended activities include:

    • Update the geologic mapping into facies-based hydrostratigraphic flow units;
    • Collect additional information about the variation of aquifer properties and lithium
concentrations with depth in the Leduc and Cooking Lake aquifers; and
    • Complete pumping tests in the aquifer to better characterize aquifer properties on a spatial scale
more representative of the design for future well networks.
This work is estimated to cost between CAD 1,500,000 and CAD 2,500,000 depending on the location and
efficiency of field testing. It is anticipated that the work outlined above would support an upgrade of the
majority of the resource to the “Indicated” and “Measured” categories.
All of this is to say that a lot of money has been floating around which is great! However, they have some serious work to do before 'shovels in the ground' so to speak. IMHO there is still lot of time to get in with these guys. Frankly, they could be the pioneers to bringing in valuable 'diversity' while still being able to rely on the history and expertise of decades of O&G geological knowledge and readily accessible databases. With that in mind, they're in a great position to succeed because a lot of geological leg-work has been done already, provided their resources is as good as they hope and they can scale this thing well. I am truly rooting for them.

Is there a way to make money off of the companies that appear on media outlets like "Proactive Investors" and the other similar services?
It's got to be a bad sign when you're a penny stock and you're (presumably) paying for a soft interview and opportunity to promote your business to... dozens of people who can't figure out that it's not really a news show and the sweet new mineral play in ______ isn't going to materialize.
There's a Mama Mancini's Meatballs thing that just got slung up on there with the charisma and polish of cable access TV. (Although that stock is $2). Or the countless bullshit mining companies with "exciting new leases" and the people turning diapers into pyrolysis jet fuel.

I think there's a good chance many of these companies are not in particularly good shape and will not be around much longer.

Shouldn't seeing this level of desperation trigger sensible investors to flee or short their stocks?
Or, is shorting undesirable because the company could vaporize before you could cover your short?

Are there any other options to profit from a company (or a pseudo-Co) you feel is likely going to die?

If you mean bankruptcy by vaporize that would be the perfect short. You don't have to cover then.

great timing on SNDL, on a FB group I'm part of they were saying yesterday was probably the last time we'll see SNDL at that price.
bought some at 1.24 this morning.

ATOS is picking up some steam again, wish I averaged down but my position is almost on the green.

debating tipping my toes on ALRN at the moment.
