    It's kinda weird because if one were to invest in PTK, it is a long term hold, not a short term play.

    Sure, but these days too many people out there looking for quick money with zero DD or research. Their loss if they get scared off without understanding the context.
    Without getting in too much detail, your risk/reward was significantly lucrative in the teens, and low 20s. I even averaged UP in the mid to high 20s.

    Threw some beer money into NGCA. Rolling the dice.

    This is the potential SPAC that may merge with Virgin Orbit. Another "space play" addition for me.
    One of the board of directors on Virgin Galactic is the co-founder of the SPAC, which is making it look likely Virgin Orbit will go public via this route.

    Holding 5k shares of TRCH from $3.00. Heavily shorted stock. Just announced a special dividend last night and has a pending merger with Metamaterial. Once it hits $6.80s watch it to get posted on WSB.

    TRCH hit $10 in premarket. Trending on Yahoo finance #2 and #1 Stocktwits last night. Has yet to be picked up by WSB. Seems like they have their hands full at the moment but the impatient ones will jump ship to catch the next wave

    I saw TRCH mentioned awhile ago but didn't see tremendous value in it. What's been driving the price up lately?

    They're merging with MMAT. The CEO's have been planning a short squeeze on this for months using the same tactics that OSTK did last year by offering a special dividend and forcing the short sellers to cover their positions. Any short sellers that chose to hold through the record date (today) are liable for paying the dividend on their shares. OSTK went from $6-$128 ultimately winning the battle over the short sellers that have been hammering the stock for years. Expecting a similar move for TRCH/MMAT

    Today is the last day to get in for the dividend and for shorts to cover. It should be an interesting one.
