Can't wait for NRN to get to Germany and start promoting itself. Glad I picked up some PLE as well, but Falcon's up another $0.78 this morning too so it's all good .

Thanks to all who have posted some helpful info of late. I hope to be able to add some of my own soon.

GL and NRN is still good even though they've gone up a ton since I mentioned it. Also check out PBX as well, I don't know too much about it so do your own research.

Any ideas on rol-a's climb today?

I'm looking to get out of this one for ASX right now as they are commencing their diamond drilling now and should have results out by June.

If you have the money get in on TET.UN

Its an excellent buying opportunity. Way way undervalued.

Analysts are smoking crack, trust me.

I've been watching this one for a while but I always get scared off from trusts that pay more than they earn. It just doesn't make sense to me. EPS is $1.09 yet they pay out $3.00/year. Can someone explain this to me if I'm missing something.

Thats what i'm getting at, the analysts are wrong. That is not true at all. I will get the exact numbers for you but the gyst of it is they are not taking into account hedged prices. The company is making around 450million per year.

Roopi, you are correct, this company pays out more than it earns thru operations. The Q1 payout ratio is 102% and is stated right in the financials. The BoD admits this may not be sustainable and that a distribution cut will be considered during their next meeting.

They arent going to cut distributions thats for sure but considering that they arent making enough to pay out distributions means people are weary of buying into the stock causing the stock price to decline

the dividend will remain at 25 cents for years to come but the stock price is another issue...unless the hurrican season bring back gas prices of $10+

im gonna buy some more of it tho 14% return for me is great

Payout ratio was 102% in Q1 as clearly stated in the financials. By definition, they paid out more than they made based on the operational funds value used by mgmt. If you want to be really picky and do a ratio based on net earnings, you're running 113%. By whichever definition, TET.un was paying out more than they earned net during Q1.

I will concede that you may be privy to information that suggests current earnings (or funds from operations) is in excess of distributions. However, for Q1 of FY06, it is very clear that distributed cash exceeded funds from operations and net earnings.

Trilogy's current payout ratio may be unsustainable and will be reviewed by the Board of Directors at its next meeting

I hope you kept some of it.

I just have a feeling it's gonna go up and up...

I was gonna dump 20000 shares today, but changed my mind. I'm gonna hang on to all of my shares, cross my fingers, and think of the shiny new shit I'll be able to buy. Dream dream dream.

When I say "Plasma", you say "How Big!?"
