We recently decided to move (in this outrageous market), and went with @JordanLotoski again. This ended up being our third/fourth deal with him.

He has been helping us look at acreages for probably three years now, and despite us being very picky buyers, he was always up for a drive out to the SW to meet us for a showing. Despite not finding what we wanted out there (we’ll still be looking), we finally outgrew our current house and decided to buy a bigger place in the city. After seeing a couple places and going to a couple open houses; we saw the right place pop up, although the price seemed a little too good to be true. He was able to meet us on short notice for an aggressively priced house that ended up selling after 1 DOM - to us. Buying a house in a market such as this is stressful to say the least, and Jordan was great at managing our expectations as well as providing guidance on what to offer to be competitive but not overpay. We were very happy with our purchase and are really looking forward to moving in.

On the sell side, is where he was able to work wonders, imo. Guidance on staging, getting the right photographer for some excellent photos, and guidance on timing for putting our place on the market all were key in us selling our house for way more than we expected, and in short order, which is very important since keeping a house presentable with two little kids and two dogs is a challenge.

4 transactions with him so far, and I won’t hesitate to use him next time as well. A+ service, highly recommend.
