I'm astonished that this guy hasn't given up, and now has a second law firm involved in this. You know, I would LOVE to see this all end up in front of a judge. You lawyers on here with experience with how this would go should sound off, and ignore the haters.

If it was me in Zipoda's place, I'd start going about gathering statements from others that have been scammed, and printing out as much information in threads on the interntt as I possibly could, put it in a nice big envelope, put a BIG FUCKING RED BOW ON IT, and send it to the new law firm. The best defense against lies is the truth. How could a lawyer possibly explain to a judge that Sean has been wrongfully painted with the absolute avalanche of proof otherwise that could be provided.

As I understand it, both here and in the USA, you are only guilty of defamation IF you are not speaking truthfully. From what anyone reading this thread can ascertain, Sean is the bad egg in the box here.

You're doing it wrong.

Steps for proper internet defamation:

1) Sign up for new user account not associated with your past user accounts.
2) Register from an IP address you do not normally use (If you have an iPhone 3G with tethering it'll work great).
3) Troll the hell out of said user.
4) Spread across multiple forums. Make sure the forum is being crawled by search engines for best effect.
5) Create hijack accounts for services you know the target uses. For example: Sean Banarjee uses Twitter; create a similar account and flag his as being false. Rinse and repeat for facebook etc.
6) Register a domain name on your targets behalf. For $9.99 it is great fun.

Pro tip: Steps 1-3 work fantastic for getting past beyond bans.
