So I bought Remy Martin's XO for my GF family over the Christmas. They just opened it over the weekend... I remembered that to enjoy/appreciate it fully you have to drink it alone with a Brandy's glass. I think most Asian (in general) like to mix it with Coke or some other soft drink for it, that's how my gf family drink it... so I made a comment that it's wasteful that way, but they think other wise.

Anyway I just want to know how you guys drink your XO/cognac?

I agree it is wasteful drinking it like that. If your just gonna dilute it with soda then buy some cheap shit instead. Also cognac is supposed to be served without ice. Cognac snifters are designed so your hand warms the cognac which brings out aromas and flavors.
