As much as I love nvidia, 9800pro hands down.. ATi has made such a comeback with some really solid drivers (unlike the old days with their craptacular drivers).

Features? Both the 9800pro and the FX5600 will have dx9 support, though its been shown that the FX line does not work properly with dx9. ATi has been skimping out and a lot of their cards do not come w/ dvi->vga adapters. I believe the All in Wonder 9800pro is just a little bit more then the standard 9800pro so you might want to consider that too.

Also, the 9800XT is out (though in limited quantities) which includes the HL2 coupon.

Yup, do NOT buy Nvidia if you want good DX9 performance. Just look at the ass-stomping the ATI cards dish in any of the HL2/Aquamark benches.

If you want something thats bang for your buck and packed with features, I'd suggest looking into the 9600 pro AIW, I think you can find them locally in the area of $320 CDN.

For a list of features/bundled goodies etc...

They're both great cards; my money would be spent on the 9800 pro w/ 256 memory though... it runs a bit faster, and it is MUCH quieter!!
