Anyone notice the design sort of trying to fuck with Grey Eagle's entrance?

Does the city even need access north of Glenmore at 37th? If its all first nations just block it completely, they fucked us on a deal they made and yet nothing happens, again.

See Crank. See Crank Walk. Walk Crank Walk.
Everything I've read on the subject suggests that the traffic circle does not interfere with access to the casino.
The interchange, however, will completely remove access to the casino (and the rest of the reserve) from 37th St and Glenmore, leaving the sole access point at 37th St by way of Anderson Road.

I think you mean South of Glenmore, but I get what you're saying. I think the person that wrote the article got their directions mixed up.Originally posted by FraserB

i say put a barricade in front of the gray eagle casino and we'll continue on without them.
it's the least the city to do for the citizens after doing nothing for so long while the general population is stuck in traffic.

How do you figure? People going west on Glenmore, can still turn left onto 37th, and turn onto Weasel Head road, or continue down 37th.Originally posted by TorqueDog

Aside from the fact that every article/quote published about it has basically said that the only access point to the reserve guaranteed will be 37th by Anderson Road....Originally posted by Tik-Tok

Love the idea, even if 'temporary'
250 000 / about a month to complete

Nice one. I wonder if people from 37th south will go straight through, turn around and go west on Glenmore... instead of clogging 37th back to like Richmond.
// oh wait, they do this already, with the illegal u-turns

The proper fix is being worked on as well but because it will be awhile before any construction starts the City has actually decided to spend even more money to provide some temporary relief. I'm curious if the city is hoping for 37th street to be gridlocked--to piss of Casino patrons.Originally posted by Redlyne_mr2

I don't care what anyone says...
They broke glenmore trail
it's a total fuck you to the tsuu tina. hilarious
the majority of drivers on the road do not know how to use a traffic circle.
I predict a ton of accidents in the future
Its not only about money. Its about freedom, friends and family too.
That route... it's likely the only "u-turn" where drivers could chat for awhile face-to-face as they wait for green light to go!
+1 for not allowing reserve access on that side.. think anyone would be willing to drive through the reserve to get to the casino?
Agreed! ... This is just a recipe for disaster. Hopefully the real fix for this problem intersection comes very soon as traffic is brutal around there.Originally posted by Zewind
