Want a great deal, let's not lie - I'm looking for an awesome, well maintained car that has had all the maintenance done including t-belt, water pump and all the crap so I don't have to.

I would prefer a car that is almost mint exterior but email me what you got. Must be reliable, have hot heat, cold A/C, and brakes + tires must be excellent. No oil leaks, no burning oil, no smoking out of exhaust. I want a beater but its gotta be a reliable, 100% mechanically sound car.
I don't want something that needs work, just get in and go is what I want. Lowest KM possible.
NEEDS TO START IN -30*C. This will be a winter car.
