How often do you get your chimney swept?

I've got a gas furnace, just wondering how often we should get the chimney swept. How often do you get yours done?

Gas fireplace/furnace should never have to be cleaned

Natural gas is a clean burning fuel that leaves no deposits on the stack.

Wood burning fireplace however leaves lots of creosote and etc on the chimney walls and needs to be cleaned every year,.. twice a year if it is used as the main source of heat in the property.
