new wood floors in condo: looking for good installer

hi,

we want to put new wood or laminate floors in our 1000 sq. ft. condo. i'm sure i could do it myself, but would rather just pay someone who can do it faster and better. can anyone recommend a good installer? would obviously like to save some cash, if possible, so would be interested in a general handyman or someone who does this all the time but could do it cheaper on the weekend or whatever. but i'm still looking for a 'pro' job.

does anyone know what a job this size might cost me?
