mods and upgrades a plus

i dont want a rust bucket. a nice FWD that is reliable to drive in winter/as a second car.

maintenance must be up to date and prefer new tires, brakes, timing belt, etc.

Its hard to find both of these cars in good condition. Consider expanding your search onto I30's and ES300's which are similar well made cars which should be suitable for your needs.
