FR : Shared Strathcona House
Hey all!
So we are looking for new roomates as our current ones are going to be out on Nov 1st. Currently there is me and my boyfriend occupying one room - both of us work full time
Its a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 2500sq foot house located in Strathcona (end of 17th ave in the SW)
Double car garage and lots of parking space is avaliable on the street.
Hardwood throughout the lower level and carpet upstairs with neutral coloring on the walls!
We are looking to rent out to either fill 2 single bedrooms or to find another couple to rent with us!
The house is furnished all except the bedrooms and is relatively pet friendly *(no dogs however sorry landlord rules!)
There are cats and some other small animals in the house so being animal friendly is a must!
Rent is as follows:
single room - 450$ + 20% of utilities
couple - 850$ + 40% of utilities
Damage Deposit is 1 months rent...
we are only looking at having a max of 4 people in the house...and its a large house so everyone has lots of space.
We have a nice big flatscreen tv / pvr / internet / home phone all hooked up already as well.
