What Macro Lens are you using? This is nice shot btw
Macro lens? The last few photos I posted were taken with my $120 olympus s840, lol.

It's not the size that matters, it's how you use it.Originally posted by Pollywog

Here are a couple recent ones.
Yeah. Old film is kind of fun to play around with. You never know how it will turn out.Originally posted by Pollywog
I love old film, very cool.
Sorry to bump an old thread but I thought I'd share this picture and hopefully someone will critique it.
I played around with Lightroom for the first time and I think the result came out well:
With regards to the photo, I like the shot but its looking mighty blue. Also, it looks like it might need some levels adjustment and the reflection on the window kills it for me. However on that note Im sure you probably have been shooting longer than I as well as know more, but just giving my $0.02.

Haha reason why is because I took the photo in October, hence I thought it belongs here.Originally posted by Pollywog

Now your edit totally brightens my picture, which is nice, but the flipside is that the wall becomes 'yellowy,' which I don't like IMO. I love how the orange came out in your edit but that wall... It's still making me iffy. Tiebreakers anyone?
Editing with this many set of colors is hard.
Ahh, I should've caught on to that.Originally posted by flipstah

I know what you mean, bear in mind I spend no more than a couple of minutes on it. Just did curves, levels, masked and brightened the wheel and added a warming filter (which i should've masked the wall before doing). Lol, I usually hate it when people try to edit my photos so thanks for not making a stink about it.Originally posted by flipstah

Haha it's okay. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, especially when I asked for it.Originally posted by Pollywog
