hey guys,
just seeing if anyone has any low prices for new home builds...
below $350,000 for houses
any links to offers would be great!

auburn bay townhomes
Skyview ranch has a lot of affordable starter homes starting from $270K up.
Any of the new communities should have new builds under $350K.
Silverado, Chaparral Valley, Walden, etc.
I was actually wondering something related... Is there any website to find out prices of new homes? Not ballpark figures but somewhere that you can find how much it's going to cost for a specific community and style? I know some builders have costs on their websites but not many, and that's crap.

It's pretty hard for new home builders to give accurate pricing when there are so many factors involved... floor plans, house style, location of lot, etc.Originally posted by Pahnda

Best bet is to contact the builders if you want more detailed pricing for a particular community.
If you don't want to do the leg work yourself, why not find a realtor to do it for you?
Tell them your budget, preferred location, features..........
I was intentionally not talking about lot prices. A lot of builders, especially ones that usually just do small variations on a style, should be able to quote the cost of the house itself with base floor plan. Then given some option prices. But obviously I'm not expecting the price to be exactly what I would pay, just like you don't expect the price you see on a car company's site to be the price you'll pay if you go to buy their car.Originally posted by masoncgy

Imagine if you couldn't see any pricing details of cars until you walk into the dealership, pretty inconvenient but not the end of the world.

^ The builders can quote you pricing on standard floor plans... but they don't get into the habit of extensively advertising such prices because of all the variations that exist... but more importantly, potential customers are easier to lure in when they're sitting in the showhome, going over specific pricing with a salesman...
