I've used Rod from Global West Mortgage Corporation Ltd. a couple of times and he's been great every time. Just google the company name to find his contact info.

I am working with a guy named Stan Stankovic and he is a mobile mortgage specialist with TD bank. Straight up classy guy who will set you up with whatever you need. Met with his just yesterday (he met me on the holiday at a location that worked for me) and he is setting me up with a HELOC instead of a mortgage (you do not already need to have property to get HELOC, you can get the HELOC on a new house purchase). He analysed my situation and recommended a HELOC since my mortgage is very short term, and if it can be converted to a morgage at any time if you decide to go for a longer term.

Seriously I can't say enough good things about him, stand up guy and is actually a manager for residential mortgages for TD.
