    Okay, so let's imagine that Williams is high downforce and McLaren is low downforce and it DOESN'T rain tomorrow. Is the difference in performance really going to be enough for McLaren to make their way up the grid and make passes? I don't know why they wouldn't just qualify well and use KERS to hold people off as best they can.

    all these dry and wet setups and a track that actually allows for passing will make the picks interesting for this week

    well, in Schumi's last race he went from 19th to 4th, and that was a completely dry race with everyone on the same setup, so I think its definitely possible to move up the grid here.

    A full dry setup vs a full wet setup in the dry's going to be a difference of something like 3-4 seconds a lap.
