Why does it take you longer than 30 minutes to drink a coffee? I've never done that.

Factor in a 15 minute drive, 15 minutes of getting settled at work, and [x] amount of time forgetting about the coffee.

I just use my own Starbucks coffee cup, don't have that problem. You can do that at Mcdonald's too.

I tried McDonalds coffee when they first introduced it, and I've never been able to drink a Timmys since. I could drink McDonalds coffee black, it's that good. I avoid Timmys unless there's no other option.

The Lid is also superior to all, being much more secure on the cup and not leaving coffee drips allover your cupholders and surrounding area.
I noticed this too. A lot of thought went into the design of the cup and lid. Wonder if it had anything to do with that stupid lawsuit a long time ago.

They've always had good, consistent coffee. Their ice coffee is also better than Timmy Ho's.

Starbucks Pikes blend > McD > Timmies

I actually rather like McDonald's coffee. I drink all my coffee black besides timmies. I get a double double there because without cream and sugar it tastes like liquid charcoal.

I'm sure mcdonalds has better menu options. I'm saying for breakfast only....when you compare a bowl of cereal, a timmies breakfast sandwich, yogurt and fruit, etc, you get the best balance of energy from protein and "not too bad for you" from the mcmuffin....skip the damn hash brown and juice though.

They get even better for you when you make em at home

I grabbed some breakfast from Mcdonalds today, and what everyone is saying about their coffee is correct. It keeps a good temperature for over half an hour, their cup spout design is awesome, I must be special needs or something but I would always spill tims coffee on myself. Also its really smooth no bad aftertaste.

I am not a coffee connoisseur but a 8 year occasional drinker of exclusively tims double double. I think I am convinced!

Second cup to me is garbage. A few of there issues are the fact that because its not a chain and there seperatly owned it doesent have the standards like starbucks has, the beans they use are not that good, and because theres no standards they seem to open and close when ever they want.

I've always thought of McDonald's coffee to be better.

    Timmy's hashbrowns taste nasty..

You need to get out more... Starbucks espresso is gross, tastes like brewed charcoal.
Try some Black Cat from Deville or some JJ Bean from Bumpy's.

Sorry I been to a lot of different coffee shops and startbucks makes the best espresso. IMO.

Also, there are distributors of the cups that sell them for a lot cheaper in bulk than places like Home Outfitters.
We've got one of the upper level consumer models of the Keurig machines at my pt job. The thing is awesome. I'm starting to look forward to going to work for a cup of coffee!
