Currently I have one internal hard drive with two separate partitions (C:\ - System and D:\ - Everything else).
I just bought a 1.5TB hard drive and a separate external enclosure I'm now using for everything else. I've transferred all my movies, music, TV shows from my D:\ partition to my external drive. Is it possible to increase my C:\ partition without having to reformat? Currently my C:\ partition is at 10GB and I keep getting messages saying I'm running low on disk space (800MB remaining). My D:\ partition now has 160 GB free space. Is there ANY way to increase my C:\ partition by taking some space out of my D:\ partition or am I better off just re-formatting and starting anew?
Only reason I'm worried about formatting is I have some very important emails I need to keep and in the past when I've backed up my various email inboxes they haven't been restored when I tried to restore them so I'm kind of wary.
Thanks.
