I'm not an 89coupe hater, but cant Realtors even do this? lol
^^ Yeah unless I'm missing something, this is nothing new. Most realtor listings have this sort of view of all the rooms in a house up for sale.

Ignorance is bliss.
I think you need a special rig for this, not a standard DSLR.
Theres lots of ways to build these:
Deticated hardware / software (turn key)
http://www.giroptic.com/en_US/#
Or for an SLR
Stitching required (CS3 photomerge works good) / online navigation system needed too.

neither of those products would help you achieve the above 360 pano I posted.Originally posted by Brendan_4g63

I use a lens like this for real estate virtual tours
...again, that would not work for the 360 image I posted.Originally posted by anothers10

Instead of telling people "THAT WONT WORK" how about you tell them what will. It's not a big fucking secret.
I think all of those would work, I'm a newb but I think its the program that they use that converts it into a flash file, stitches the files all together and just changes the perspective/lines depending what angle you are looking at.
sik 360.... this is nothing like those 360's created with a point and shoot and some shitty software ie your average realty shots.
someone posted one of van city waterfront a while ago... and the one of Obama's inauguration. They're sweet...
but man... this thread is full of goofs...
Sorry, my post was towards Brendan_4g63. I just wanted to point out you could get the lens for a dslr.Originally posted by 89coupe

I'm pretty sure it was the other guy who made the prick comment about how even a realtor could do this, basically trying to get across that any blow joe could go out and shoot something comparable.Originally posted by TDFTW

Get off the wagon already
I see. The lens you linked to only offers a limited view.Originally posted by anothers10

The pano I posted has a true 360° view from any angle.
