Does anyone tweed in town here?

well heres the problem.. i have no problem to tweeding my interior my self BUT heres the reason... i dont have accsess to a garage (dad wont let me use his) no heat, and i have no time .... i just want to get it done and over with!!

let me know a place around town here that can tweed, i might still do it my self but i dont know yet!!

Tweed, is a woll type of matrial, put into a pattern... I'll post some pics of what it looks like.
