The Rocket in Kensington are awesome. Super helpful and work with you to get the result you want. I used them for halloween stuff.

Theres a little stand in Sunrdige mall on the lower level that does them (I think closer to Footlocker). Good quality stuff IMO I got a shirt done about a year and a half ago cost me around $35 and no signs of wear and tear showing so far
