I'm curious as to what kinds of software and in what order you use them. Here's mine:
Capture One --> Noise Ninja --> PTLens --> LR

I'm no pro, but all I use is lightroom. I like how it is quick and easy to use.
I started the year on Lightroom 2.0-2.4, then switched to aperture when I got my macbook...switched to lightroom 3 when it came out, but have decided that I'm not a big fan of how slow it is so I will probably go back to aperture.
I don't do much post process at all(usually all my pictures from a track or race day are up before midnight of that night), so I very rarely open Photoshop(although when I purchased the new printer I started using it a lot more for setting up the print jobs). I don't really shoot over 3200 ISO much at the moment since the D300 is pushing it's luck by then, but when the D3s gets here I will probably pick up Noise Ninja just to make those 12'800 ISO shots that much better.

Stamp 2.8 for downloading off the CF cards to avoid filename collisions due to multiple bodies
Lightroom for processing
A very select few get some extra love in Photoshop CS2
After everything is done and exported, Picasa for browsing and searching.
I do not use any noise reduction software at all. DSLR bodies are so clean compared to the film I used to shoot for the 15 years before going digital. Besides, noise software gives photos a smeared look, unless you crunch them down to web size.
Capture NX and/or CS4 with various plugins.

Adobe CS4 64x version. I find this version is lighting fast at processing especially when your system has 32gb of ram. I'm also finding more and more companies are giving 64x plugins as well.
now that i find myself taking random video clips, for sake of organization, picasa seems to do the job since it can handle video and photo. ive used LR up until recently though
