SO I MET HIM AND HE SOLD IT TO ME FOR $200.
I GOT HOME AND THE LEFT SIDE OF THE KEYBOARD DIDNT WORK VERY WELL, WHEN YOU TYPE ON THAT SIDE IN WONT INPUT THE LETTERS.
I CALLED HIM AND HE SAID HE WOULDNT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BUT HED EXCHANGE IT FOR HIS BLACK ONE.
SO I CALLED BACK ABOUT 300 TIMES AND HE WONT ANSWER HIS PHONE.
I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THAT HE WONT EXCHANGE IT.
SO IM OUT $200 AND WITH A BROKEN PHONE...
WHAT CAN I DO?
HERES HIS PHONE NUMBER: 403-993-2845 <--- HE SCAMMED ME.
Except for "Condition: brand new never used"Originally posted by new0001
i fixed everything after i posted this...
I have absolutely no sympathy for you right now.
Go Flames!
Hope you learned your lesson. I have sold a lot of phones and even some in less than idea condition. The only difference is I point out that flaw as long as I can to the potential buyer so that they know what they are getting into.
And when buying phones, turn in on. Try a few things you'd normally do on a phone. Text, make a call, even browse the web. All those things first before I even pull out my wallet.

Quick synopsis of OP self ownage:
1) 13 yr old whiner buys a phone, no questions asked for $200. Due to CAPS lock use infiringement, immediately, no one takes him/her/it seriously.
2) Phone is actually broken, does not work correctly. Surprise surprise.
3) OP realizes he/she/it won't get his money back, he/she/it posts the phone for sale in Beyond marketplace, full price, $200. Claims it is brand new, never used.
4) OP must have seen Beyond CSI ruin MWC's life and wants the same revenge on the person who scammed him/her/it.
5) OP is busted as a scammer as well because he/she/it was trying to sell his/her/its broken phone.
6) OP tries to dig his/her/its way out of a legitimate ownage to, no avail.
