Well I'm kind of surprised that no one has posted this up yet because im pretty excited for it.
who's all bought it (xbox) or going to get it (PS3)?

I just bought it and started playing about half hour ago. It's freaking awesome, I loved the first one and love this one even more. It's set in Italy and everything looks so nice and graphics are awesome too. And they lots of extra 'educational' information on the sites, eg. about diff church's, practices of the Renaissance time. But the game, although there hasn't been any crazy action or anything so far it's pretty sick. Oh there are prostitutes and you get to shag your gf right at the start as well. Pretty sick. lol

Just picked it up, but haven't had a chance to get too far into it, scenery is phenomenal though.

Been playing it for 2 days now and it is fucking epic. I'm 12 hours in and not even half way done, but I;m not rushing it either.

Can anyone compare this to Uncharted2? How's the single player? I feel I'm going to be slightly disapointed with the SP just because of how good Uncharted2 was.

I was so impressed by the game the first time through the cities, then it felt like I spent more time doing the same thing over and over and not enough time pushing the story. That said, I -enjoyed- the story so I had to play through. I'm hoping this one mixes things up a little more.

This is why I didn't like the first one. It was great except for the fact you were doing the exact same missions over, and over and over again.

I'm getting this for Christmas. I can't wait to play it. Since I've been to Florence and Venice, I think i'll enjoy it a bit more too

I'm glad they fixed the repetitiveness, and I think there's more of a role playing element there. It's going to be awesome. Like mentioned before though, too many games right now :P

I can only sit on a bench and pick pocket so many times before i get bored...

I loved the Hitman series in games because you could do the missions different ways. You could snipe from afar, you could dress up as a waiter and poison the food, you could go in there guns blazing - you could do it anyway you wanted. Assassin's creed I thought would be the same way, it wasn't, so I got very bored.

yea so i picked it up 3 ago and probably got 10 hours in and its amazing so far much better then the 1st one i love the vendors and the buying upgrades for you own city for income. A+ for now.
