ever since shaw gave that "free super speed" trial my internet sucks balls

Yeah, as the title states, i used to have an awesome connection on xbox live, now everytime I play a fcking game i lag either out of the room completely or make it unplayable, with like 15-20 seconds of lag, i have done done numerous resets, and it is brutal, do I complain to them? they won't do anything.
anybody know how to make it better?

im only getting like 6 mb/s download and like 784 kbs upload

before the free trial, i was at like 16-17 with like 1-3 i think upload

how is that whining, asking if anybody knows how to help.

Alternatively, pm me your HFC MAC ID from the bottom of your modem so I can check your signal/error stats.

Those speeds seem plenty fast enough to run Xbox Live, or am I missing something?
