A few bug fixes...
Cleaned up the private message section a bit.
Some of you are probably annoyed when you send PM's back and forth, and the "quotes" gets out of hand, and the PM title looks like :

Cleaned all that crap up, and quoting behavior is now identical to the forums... only 1 level of text quoted.
Should find reading PM's a whole lot easier now hehe.
