If you happen to be Free2Play or even someone who has spent less than $100 on GI, the golden ratio has been calculated.

You want to be as close to 212.1% ATK, 70.1% Crit Rate, and 141.4% Crit damage on your main DPS character.

For support characters you can go with other stats as long as they are not flat increases, you want % increases on all stats with the exception of Elemental Mastery which is good by itself.

The only person I turn to for Genshin math is Jinx, but really, it's not a flat rule across all chracters, considering how differently each one can be built.
I find that the math is always off for someone, unless they specialize in the character.

It seems to be close-ish to optimal from what I can tell. Of course they can simply change it on a whim, like BigDongZong. Others say you want to target 85% critrate, but no go over it.

F2P for me so far, saving up for a worthy waifu. All the content is pretty easy except oceanids and the last level of the three mages that you fight to get the Nobilesse set.
