I think T & T is open so the pho shop inside it MIGHT be open but doubt it, one thing u should look into is instant pho

Looking for some food as well, any one know of any restaurants other than the Chinese ones that are open today. I know Denny's closes at either 2:30 or 3PM depending on location. Any others?

I was just offering a temporary fix, but FROZEN HOMEMADE PHO FTW suckaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, got the broth in the freezer, fresh noodles in the fridge

most pho places are open on 17th, open till 5pm only though... was just at binhminh
