Fiesta is already up on ford.ca and is priced to compete with the Fit. If this can be priced in the Civic/Corolla range I am sure Ford will start to chip away at Honda/Toyota sales in Canada anyways as small cars are popular here.

I'm looking to replace my '02 Focus in a few years.Looks like this would be a nice replacement, especially if there's an SVT version.

Well Car and Driver is reporting that it will start at close to the same base price as the current car (17,500 US) with options the car could creep into the mid to high 20's US.

It seems that Ford is going a little upscale with the Focus so I can see it being priced close to something like the Jetta. Would be nice if im wrong and it's cheaper than that tho.

Don't like the hatch much, I think the coupe/sedan body looks alright tho.

Between the new Focus Sedan and Fusion, my opinion of Ford is slowly changing. Still need to see what interior materials are like though, as well as drive them.

    Good work Ford.

I drove a 200 Focus ZX3 through university and love it.

Glad to see one of the domestics doing well. It almost look slike it took a few styling queues from Mazda...ie.e. the front end. either way it is a nice looking little car. The interior looks a little busy, but I like busy.

That is sick! Ford is making me tingle again and only Mustangs did that. Is this the Euro-built Focus or Canadian-made?

Nice interior for sure....however I believe I see some options that I doubt will be there (at least for a reasonable price) especially the heated steering wheel.

    Maybe it will though....

Ford's interior materials have been better than GM or Dodge, so I don't think it'll be cheap in the segment.

But compared to the outgoing model it's light years ahead in interior and exterior design. The ugly, current model, sold really well, as long the price stays remotely close, this will be a huge hit.

For the 1st time in my life I actually prefer the looks of the sedan though. The hatch needs the same slope as the RS.

I'm actually impressed with the material used on this car. Ford looks to finally be taking things more serious. Hopefully, they get the union garbage sorted out and with the strong $ they might offer some serious competition.

The interior looks amazing, but the exterior looks like a venza viewed in the wrong aspect ratio.
