I was in...well drove through warman not long ago.

I don't know what sask law needs to register a jdm 300, but Pretty sure you will need the headlights from a north american one

^ Im sure there are an abundance of wrecker yards throughout NA that would have all the NA spec cars/parts for you to make the swap. Try www.carpart.com
As that would be a great place to start.

    Where the heck is Warman?

I owned one of these for 4 years, most temperamental whore of a car I've ever had. And ironically just like a high-maintenance chick, hot as hell but the kind that will demand you buy her expensive shit before she puts out.

But does she ever put out

I hated that bitch, but it was tons of fun when it actually worked, haha.

Anyway you shouldn't have to change the headlights or anything, just go get it inspected and change whatever they suggest. The only thing about headlights is they're angled up and left (for an RHD) instead up up and right (LHD).

Hit up www.300zxclub.com for more in-depth tech and stuff, I've got a few HowTo posts there myself.

saskatchewan has bitch laws for JDMs :P
ok, so my tires passed (phew!) but the driver and passenger side door glass failed because it doesn't say 'safety glass' on it or have a DOT number... it just says 'NISSAN'

there were other things like headlights (found at a wrecker thank god, nissan wanted $700 each), the headlights were ok, but the glass that they shine through isn't DOT approved glass, so i need to replace the entire headlight assembly,
and i have to drill the fender and put on a bloody amber parking light.

i think i'm going to fix everything but the door glass and take it somewhere else, pay the $100 again for inspection and see if they pass it

DOES ANYONE KNOW if the door glass from a canadian 1990 300zx 2 seater will fit in a japanese 1990 300zx 2+2 ?? *sigh*

    cool, thanks for the site!

on another note, i personally checked the door glass and found the AS2 stamp :P i showed it to the guy and he chuckled "oops, must have missed that" so i don't need to replace it
what else did you miss jackass? ok, so i have booked for another inspection at a different shop here in town. i'd rather pay another $100 than have to second guess the inspection report.
