This looks almost 100% identical to a kit I used to have. Worked flawlessly for over a year before I got rid of them - great output and no problems with the ballasts in the cold.

A good set of ballasts usually runs $100-$150 alone. I dunno what the stipulations are regarding their lifetime warranty but they've got to be cheaping out somewhere.

It's the overpriced stuff that's ruining the market.

Everyone at e46fanatics (bmw forums) runs these for their projector fogs. Albeit 3000k or 4300, none of this ricer 10,000k.

Seem to be good reviews, as I'm looking at a 4300 H3 setup myself.

After working in the industry and dealing with dealer/wholesale pricing I can tell you there is a huge markup. For example, we would get an HID kit for a little over $60 (depending on which P+P kit) and sell it for almost $400.

Yup, those are also the same. These are mine I sold a little while ago, which ALSO look like the same brand, just different paint.

Its a great deal. The way I see it, you'll be paying close to, if not over, $100 for replacement bulbs so even if something happens its still cheaper to buy another kit than just one bulb.

Beware of DDM's reputation. They may have improved it since I last dealt with them, but they used to have pretty crappy customer support.

Then again, I deal with Bavtoys.com and they get slammed a bunch too, whereas I've never had an issue with them

I've purchased one kit from ddm. I wasn't to happy how they shipped it no package protection. Honestly it was a box with everything in it. No protection.

Clips where broken on one them but I fixed that with some ghetto rigging. You'll also get charged brokage fees. I suggest you got to vvme.com

They ship through UPS right? If you don't mind, how much duties etc were you charged?
