^ Dear god, that is ugly!
They all kinda look like the Mazda 3 in a way. That said, I'd take this over most other small cars in the same category.

I'd rock a veedub before any of those. When I think of Audi/BMW/Mercedes I don't think of small hatchbacks.
Arguing over the internet is like cheering on the Oilers. Win or lose, you're still a dumbass.

I fail to see what's so ugly about the MB
I found my next car =)
Dare I say I like the MB that was in the OPs link....

I like the Bimmer, the Mecerdes though... I've seen better design in the bottom of my toilet bowl after a long night of drinking and a McDonalds binge.
p.s. I just made you squint.

I'm happy with my GTI. Those cars just don't look right to me.

Shit, there's only 49 users here, I doubt we'll even break 100
I'd take one without a second thought. Particularly the M version, if they were to make such a version of this car I mean.
"The music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side"
I still can't see the ugly in it. It's not my first choice of car but I can think of plenty more hideous than the MB.
Unless I'm missing some kind of joke here...then I'm the butt.
Fookin love it

Interesting stuff. I'd still get a MINI/GTI/Scirocco over all that though.
BMW is not really a 'small' car company; whenever people think of 'BMW', they think of M-series sedans, or just luxury sedans in general.
Stick to what you're good at.
I'm a huge fan of small performance hatchbacks and BMWs. This looks great.
I had a 1995 BMW 318ti and replaced it with a 2003 Mercedes C230 Coupe because I couldn't get a hatchback BMW in Canada. This could get me back into a BMW
I had to Google this but the BMW Isetta was not an original BMW design, but rather a repackaged version of the Iso Isetta.Originally posted by snoop101

And funny enough, they stopped making the Isetta because of increasing demand for car-like mini-cars, like the MINI.

IMO, BMW is still not known for 'small' cars because the Isetta didn't last that long in the market unlike proven small cars like the Golf, MINI and to a lesser extent, the Smart car.
