Title: Irrigation Service Technician
Terms of Employment: Permanent year round (Start you career with us!), Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: To be negotiated based upon experience $60,000+, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, RRSP Benefits and Educational Benefits, Company vehicle.
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Skill Requirements: Be capable of working long hours, have a good work ethic, Familiar with automatic Irrigation systems and components from various manufacturers, diagnose and repair Irrigation systematic faults (electrical, hydraulic), exceptional attention to detail and good customer service skills.
Education: Completion of high school

Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate, Alberta Construction Safety Association and Irrigation Association certifications are valuble assets.

Experience: Minimum 2 years + or 3 seasons Direct experience

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Type of Automated Systems Experience: Irrigation system (Heavy Commercial, Light Commercial), Pump systems and Drip Irrigation.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Ability to distinguish between colors, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver's license.

Work Location Information: Urban area, Rural community, Various locations
