If you know what dealership the car was serviced at, you can ask nicely adn they can provide it if you are just looking for personal interest. If you are looking for documents to import vehicle or something you might be screwed.

theres an indian guy in toronto that will get it for $150 i believe; i think it was called unity auto if u search a bit on google you will see he posted about it quite a bit on different forums
