These parts are brand new, a P4 3.0ghz C with hyperthreading. The motherboard is a very stable intel 865GBFL, with onboard...everything (sound, LAN, video, SATA). Basically it's loaded. asking only $450 now.. You'd be paying about 600 for it anywhere else. If you need any other parts I could hook you up no probz. (case, video card, other hardware). Full warranty coverage for a year. Also got an athlon XP 2100+ and 512mb DDR PC2700 ram for sale for 160 (only CPU and ram). need anything else? ask.

go to the memory express website...it'll tell you what type you need for your motherboard

For anyone who wants to pick this up - get it! it's a good deal. The only way this would be possible is through the Intel Retailer's Edge program (which is over). CPU alone is 400 bucks.
