Try to see if there is a linkedin group for HR in calgary and contact the people there if you still can't find anybody.

As much as i hated contacting ppl and talking to em on the phone, i forced myself when i had to do it for school.

Just get on the phone and someone will provide you with their answers or will be willing to meet you in person at their office.

i tried going in person first. I even wore a tie, brought my syllabus to prove what i'm trying to do. Every time i get was oh, the manager is not here and just call this number, someone will help you. That's why i'm resorting to online help. I was on hold with HR at one of the banks for 10 minutes before someone picked up and said, "no one is picking up or at a meeting right now, would you like me to leave a number?" i've left 3 different HR departments my number, it's been 3 days and no response from any.
